GENERAL
This charming 82 meters apartment in Barcelona is split in 3 bedrooms, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, the living room , the bathroom and a small French balcony. The flat has a maximum capacity up to 5 persons.
ROOMS
Thanks to the windows, the front-side rooms are bright with natural light. The primary of the accommodation in Barcelona has two individual beds, that we are able to put separate or together.
The second room has a double bed. The 1 person smaller room has a one person bed . All bedrooms feature a wardrobe to leave your clothes, and side tables.
LIVINGROOM
The livingroom of the accommodation is warm for having a talk with your company or to watch TV during your Barcelona trip. Connected to the livingroom you find a dining area, very suitable for when you want to cook at home.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is almost as new and found in the middle of the apartment. The apartments kitchen features clear colored walls and is equipped with the smartest utensils. You are able to comfortably prepare your meals in this kitchen.
BUILDING
The characteristic modernistic Barcelona apartments building has tastefully decorated ceilings with the authentic adornments.

There’s a third metro line a bit further from your accommodation, L1 the red line at 3 streets distance, in Plaza Urquinaona.

If you are interested in museums in Barcelona, there are 2 museums that are really worth seeing near to your Barcelona apartment: “Fundació Antoni Tàpies” Museum (Aragón, 255) and the Catalan Modernist Museum, (Balmes 48). We can also recommend to visit, is the MACBA museum (Plaça dels Angels, 1), you can reach it walking for about 20 minutes. Any of these are close by your Barcelona accommodation.

For your Barcelona shopping, this is the place to be! From your Barcelona apartment, you can go walking to Passeig de Gracia. This street is famous, apart from its designer shops, for being the must see of Barcelona modernism. In this street, you really have to visit Casa Batlló (Paseo de Gracia, 43) and La Pedrera, (Paseo de Gracia, 92).
When you go up Passeig de Gracia, you will find Avenida Diagonal, big avenue with more shops from large designer firms.
If you walk “Paseo de Gracia” down, you will arrive to “Plaza Cataluña”, considered the heart of the city. In this plaza you will find three shopping centres, where to find everything you fancy and the newest trends: El Corte Inglés, in the side of Paseo de Gracia, El Triangle and Sfera, placed at the other side of the square. For books and DVDs you should go to FNAC
If you want to go on with shopping, take “Avda. Porta del Angel”, the pedestrian street going down in Plaza Catalonia.
This street is plenty with clothing shops and shoe shops. Continuing that road down, there’s another “El Corte Inglés” shopping center and a Decathlon center. Take into account that this street is parallel to the well-known Ramblas in Barcelona, where you can be entertained by the street art and have a small snack or a drink whilst your shopping.
Actually to have a drink, we recommend you to go opposite Ramblas, towards Via Layetana, there are loads of bars, restaurants and cafés, at more reasonable prices.
