"Good: Everything, location, washer and dryer, very clean and quiet building.
weaker: Perhaps the air conditioning unit as it is limited to the living room and can leave the bedrooms a bit hot on hot nights, but not a big issue. Also, instructions on how to use the appliances would be helpful for non-european guests :)
P.S. I will give the booking services a 15 out of 10!"

"Great overall apartment. Clean unit, convenient/central location and safe neighborhood. Included everything we needed during our 5-night stay for 4 people. Kitchen completely upgraded. Supermarkets, Tapas (i.e. Tapas 24, Tapas Tapas), and restaurants conveniently located near the Apt.. Close to Girona Metro station. Ester was very attentive.
Very picky observation: The unit is located on the second floor, facing the street, so if you are a light sleeper you could be bothered. The unit has new double paned windows so it not a question on the quality of the unit, but rather that you are in Barcelona and you will probably face this issue at other units. I believe the owners have other similar units in the same bldg which do not face the street. Again, this is being very picky. I highly recommend this unit.

"It was a very nice accommodation. It was a pitty that theire were not enough comfortable seats to sit at night. When we had a question about the dishwasher our contactperson was not there to help us (it was her day off and nobody else could help us). "

"The apartment was just as described in the web site portrayal. It was well equiped and clean on arrival. All of my many questions before booking and after were answered quickly and well. When I had to re schedule my flights because of British Airways strike action, there was first class help in accomodating this, including meting me on arrival at after 11pm on a Sunday night. The contract was even in english, was simple and fair.
Overall the whole process was honest, fair and most friendly. I would have NO hesititation in using the arrangements again, and firmly recommend the service. Thank you Loes for all your help and patience ! FIRST CLASS !"
